Please read this agreement carefully before submitting your music
This is a real music publishing agreement. BCT Records partners with Ditto Music to provide global distribution for your music. By submitting your music through our platform, you'll be entering into this agreement with Ditto Music Publishing.

Ditto Music Publishing Ltd is a UK-based company (company No. 12695062) located at 29-31 Parliament Street, Liverpool, L8 5RN. They provide music publishing administration services to help artists get their music distributed worldwide and collect royalties.
This is a legal contract between you (the artist/songwriter) and Ditto Music Publishing. When you submit your music through BCT Records, you're agreeing to let Ditto Music exclusively handle the distribution and collection of money earned from your music.
You are granting exclusive rights to Ditto Music. This means only they can distribute your registered songs during the agreement period. We recommend you get legal advice before entering this agreement, especially if you're under 18 or new to music publishing.
The agreement starts when you sign up and pay the subscription fee. It lasts for one year, then automatically renews for another year unless you cancel it.
Collection Period: Even after the agreement ends, Ditto Music can continue collecting money earned from plays/streams that happened during the agreement for an additional year.
Ditto Music will collect all money earned from:
You receive 90% of all net revenue (the money Ditto Music actually receives after expenses).
For sync licensing (music used in videos/films/ads), you receive 80% of net revenue.
Ditto Music keeps the remaining percentage as their fee for providing the service.
When you get paid: Within 30 days after the end of each month
Minimum payment: £25 (if you've earned less, it carries over to next month)
How you get paid: Via your preferred payment method (set in your account)
Payment breakdown: You'll receive a royalty statement showing exactly what you earned
When you register your music, you must provide accurate information about:

During the agreement period, ONLY Ditto Music can distribute your registered songs. You cannot give the same songs to another distributor while this agreement is active.
However, you still own 100% of your music. You're just temporarily giving Ditto Music the exclusive right to distribute it.
You must pay the subscription fees shown on the Ditto Music pricing page. Payments are collected by direct debit:
If payment fails, you can't register new songs until payment is received.
You cannot cancel during your first subscription year.
You can cancel by giving 3 months written notice before your renewal date.
Notify Ditto Music in writing at least 3 months before your first year ends.
If your subscription started on January 1, 2025:
You keep ownership of your music. You're only licensing the distribution rights to Ditto Music, not selling your music.
Any disagreements are resolved under English and Welsh law in London courts.
Your personal information is handled according to Ditto Music's privacy policy.
